Community Safety Scheme - FREE items to deter theives from your property

Thank everyone who has taken the opportunity to update the parish with suspicious behaviour, rural crime is a priority for our PCSOs.

We can deter thieves by taking our home and personal security seriously and using the Community Safety Scheme list. This is an ongoing initiative while district funds last, and is free!

If you would like any of the equipment and kit listed to help protect yourselves from rural crime. Please take a look on the attached document and come along to the next meeting to collect your FREE items.

Recycle - The Tour

NWLDC plan to increase the household recycling rate across the district is officially launching with a series of interactive roadshows 'Recycle more… the tour'. The roadshows will be touring various locations across the district from Tuesday 20th August 2019 until Friday 23rd August 2019 - see the attached briefing note for further information.

During the tour we'll be educating residents (both children and adults), visitors and businesses within the district on how they can recycle more materials, more often at the kerbside. We'll also be displaying the steps that NWLDC is taking to help them do this.
